Our Story

The Prancing Chef and The Dizzy Baker met in 2009 while both attending Culinary School. One with a passion for hot, savory, modern cuisine - the other a passion for sweet, classic, desserts they quickly found that they had a knack for working together to build something new to the Central Coast. Navigating years of success these two have built relationship after relationship with vendors and clients alike.
