Our Story

The Prancing Chef and The Dizzy Baker was born from a shared passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. Chef Anthony, a Morro Bay native with a flair for savory cuisine, and Baker Josh Allesmith, an Arroyo Grande local with a love for classic desserts, met in culinary school in 2009.

Since then, we've been delighting clients throughout the Central Coast with our unique blend of culinary artistry and personalized service.
